Default Fail safe mode

I have a 2005 mustang that occasionally goes into fail safe mode. It generally happens on hot days. The temperature gauge doesn't register higher than on cooler days. Three service codes show up diagnostic memory.
U1900-ABS
P2106- Throttle actuator
P2135- Throttle position sensor

Can anyone help with suggestions on any of these causing the problem and if a component should be replaced?

in your shoes, i would be tempted to pull a throttle body from
a wrecked 05/06 Mustang and install it.

Default i got ur fix

I had the exact codes you have, and my car was in engine fail safe mode.
I took it to Carmax, they replaced the TPS and BAM, no codes, no engine failsafe mode. Hope this helps.

TPS or Throttle motor going bad on you. Check the 2 connectors to the throttle body for proper installation and retention.
Also, clean the throttle body with appropriate cleaner (do a search for more details).

I had the same codes. I took off the intake where it connected to the TB, got a rag and some gasoline and cleaned the inside and outside of the butterfly's. Never has the problem since.

I had both p2135 and p2106 show up after my car went into fail safe mode. A new tb sensor fixed it. A month later no codes, no problems.
