Default ACT vs EXEDY

I have an exedy 6 bolt steel flywheel I'm about to put on but I don't know if I should get an exedy mach 500 clutch or an ACT? which will be better? and will the ACT work with the exedy flywheel?? Help!

I know nothing about the ACT clutch, but I have a Mach500 that was installed a few months ago. The pedal pressure and release is a little stiffer than stock, but I'm happy.

I've also put about 15 3500-4000rpm launches on it since then with no problems.

The EXEDY is a GREAT clutch.
I would go with it without a doubt.

It's only competition to me in terms of quality is the Mcleod which is more expensive.

Ive heard it was a great clutch, I've only heard one person i knew who had an integra tell me they kept blowing up on him, maybe he was getting fake exedys or was putting down more power then the clutch could hold
