I have a 2008 Shelby GT, and a Roush m90 charger installed on it. Been doing good for a while, finally the alternator went out. Man at the alternator shop said the bolt on the back of the alternator, going out to the bracket, is too long and had put a hole through the rectifier. Anyone else having this problem or heard of it?

Besides getting a shorter bolt, is there a better fix, or even a recall? It was installed with the Roush charger.
