Default American Muscle Help!

Man, American Muscle is confusing the crap out of me! The 2010 Mustang seems to fit in this twilight zone between the 2005+ models and 2011+ models when it comes to parts!

My question is, what parts should I shop exclusively for in the 2005-2010 section and what parts can I buy in the 2011-2012 section?

All inputs are appreciated!

Everything but engien parts for 2010-2012
Engine parts for 2005-2010

Your body style is the new revision (2010-2012) but your engine is the previous 4.6L (2005-2010)

gotcha...what about exhaust/intakes/tuners? Sorry, I'm very new to the idea of modding my car!

exhaust would be 05-10. Pretty much anything that has to do with making the car go is the prior generation, and pretty much everything that is for looks is the current generation.

ON every AM.com product page, you will find a set of tabs part way down on the right. They are:

Description Specs Installation Fitment

For any part you are interested in, simply click on the Fitment tab. It will tell you what vehicles/body/engine it fits.

It would almost make TOO MUCH sense to post this thread in the AmericanMuscle section of the forum.
