The S197 is built to be a closed system and anything short of dynotuning won't change that.
I didn't need any dyno tuning. Just get yourself a pair of 3/8 and 5/8 vacuum plugs, and cover the holes left by the PCV lines. Simple.

My car is running better than ever after installing breathers, since my PCV system had leaks on it somewhere.

I have an oil seperator on the driver side and when I took my throttle body off to clean it there was alot of oil in the system so since then I put a breather on the passenger side and it has helped tremendously. My engine bay doesnt get dirty either. I clean mine about once a month anyway so its never bad and even at that u cant notice oil all over the engine bay like some seem to claim

I have the moroso catch can and i love it. It looks great under the hood and catches a lot of sludgy oil. I would recommend that over just putting a breather especially on the drivers side. Especially if you like to track it or drive fast in upper RPMs

the passenger side doesn't really suck much oil its the drivers side that gets it you can even see oil residue sometimes on your valve covers from the PCV tube

How can you put a breather on the passenger side and leave the drivers side hooked to the throttle body? You'll be sucking in unmetered air through the crankcase.
