Default High idle - need help

I installed FMCC CMDP plates a few weeks ago. Since, when starting cold my car will go up to 2800 RPMS. This generally happens when it's below 45 degrees outside. It will run around 1200 for a few second them jump anywhere from 2200-2800. I did get an updated tune from BAMA. I must say BAMA has been more than helpful with the tunes. Especially since I purchased the plates used from a forum member here.

Updated tunes did not help.

I took off and cleaned everything really good which did not help.

Removed TB and cleaned it thoroughly which did not help.

Other then removing them, do you have any suggestions?

I also installed UP'S at the same.... doubt they would have anything to do with it...

Sure my neighbors are not happy considering I have O/R H and boom tubes
