Default Rough Idle in Cold Weather

My idle is usually around 800RPM. Anytime the weather gets below about 60 degrees the idle drops down to 500 and back up to 800-1100. On occasion the car stalls while stopped at a light because it will get as low as 300RPM and stall.
I'm thinking the throttle control sensor maybe? Dirty TB?
Suggestions are welcome.

my old mustang used to do that. I never really knew why. It had like 47xxx miles on it though. i checked the throttle sensor and MAF and both were clean.

I would try cleaning the Throttle Body, and disconecting the battery for a while to give the car a chance to reset itself. If that doesn't work, then you might want to look into replacing the Throttle Position Sensor on the throttle body.
