It is very difficult for sure man! Earlier I removed the grooved idler pulley and it had pieces of belt inside a few of the grooves so I cleaned it up really good and put it back on with the old Gates belt and it's quiet so far. If that does not work I will take all of them off and lay them on a flat surface and see what I find. That is the best advice I have heard yet...thanks.

Here's a thought. With belt off, give every item that has a pulley on it the 'push/pull test'.

Everything with a pulley on it has a bearing of some sort so your Water Pump, Power steering Pump, etc will have some forward/back motion when you grab the pulley and pull and push on it. Maybe the bearings are wearing out on one of the shafts and allowing extra play? Under regular use this causes the pulley's to walk back and forth a little bit which causes extra friction and belt wear.

Find the pulley with a lot of play and you have probably also found something that will fail in the near future. My guess is the water pump.

Thanks for the advice! I tried that today actually and the only pulley that had any movement was the grooved idler pulley. I have a brand new grooved idler pulley to swap on and it's the exact same movement as the OEM. I think my alternator bearing is making a rattling noise so it might me my problem but the pulley spins freely.
