Little update on this. I took it to a dealer because I believe I found the issue. There is a pin on the ecm connector that looked like it had broken and that pin happens to run the cooling fan.(it's the #7 pin on the second plug in from the top of the ecm). When you wiggle the harness that the pin is on the fan turns on and off. Anyways I showed the tech at the dealer this and he said he could handle it. He called me later that day ans told me he thinks it's a loose wire on the wiring harness going to the cooling fan (which i had already replaced due to the plug melting the first time) so I let him do what he thought was necessary since he's probably done more work on these cars than me. Since I dont drive my car much I never really tested to see if it was truly fixed until I figured it out reql quick this passed Saturday sitting in line at the bank.

Called the dealer and asked for the advisor I used since they wouldn't let me.speak with the tech. The service advisor I used was apparently busy so the lady took a message and said he should call me later. Never got a call. I called Monday again and i was transfered to his phone. No answer so I left a calm voicemail at around 10 am. Called again at six and was told he had left. Called again Wednesday which was two days later and he picks me up but puts me on hold and then transfered me to someone else. I gave up. Called back and got the service director and he said that they will fix what they were supposed to fix no charge. I never believe that but we will see I guess. Hopefully it's something easy for the tech. I'll update more sometime tomorrow. Dropping the car off today after work

UPDATE: So I received much better service this time and spoke with a tech at the dealer and the ground connection apparently was the issue on the harness connector. He said there bad about being loose and causing it to ark and eventually cause the fan to not work, which is what happened to my car. He made the proper repairs and its working like normal again. Hopefully nobody else has to deal with an issue like this. I cannot stand dealing with cooling issues especially on a car that's only a couple years old lol.

Fyi for those that are having the same issue with this year model PLEASE call Ford and complain to them about the issue you are having. The more complaints they get, the better chance they wil send a recall out and the ones that paid to.have it fixed will get a refund.
