Bent trailing arm mount on rear axle!?
#2
Aren't you the guy who curbed his rear axle? If it did that much damage, you need a new rear axle assembly. Regardless of the damage to the LCA bracket, a hit that hard will have damaged your axle tubes at the very least and likely your axles and pumpkin guts as well.

holy damn, how long have you driven on that lower control arm?
agreed with diabolical, you should replace that entire axle assembly.
If it did enough damage you have to replace lca's, rotor, panhard, and sway bar, sorry but replace it all

Yeah, that's bad news man.
One alternative would be to take the car to a shop who could remove the housing, cut and reattach the axle tube ends in a jig, and fabricate LCA mounts. You could get pretty trick with it and make multiple mounting holes. But keep in mind, this is racecar stuff. It wouldn't be cheap, but it would be cool!
I don't know where you are in Ohio, but I know Rogue Race Cars in Williamsburg can do that type of thing.
