Default cooling fan

I have a 2007 GT/CS about a year ago the ground wire on the fan connector came loose and fried. I ran a by-pass for the ground wire around the connector, now I'm starting to overheat in stop and go traffic. Has anybody had something like this?? I'm thinking about by-passing the connector and running the fan to constant power so it's always running with the key on??

Rather than bypass the relay, why not find out what the problem is so it operates as designed? You really don't want the fan running when it doesn't need to.

You don't want the fan running all the time.

yeah if the fan is always running then your car will never reach full operating temperature and thats bad for sludge/oil

You won't throw a code for a minor electrical problem on the cooling system.
