try tightening the bolts that connect the rubber hangers to the car, and double check the clamp tightness, the borla axleback i have has a good portion thru the rubber and i never heard a rattle

My car had same issue. It was the passenger side rear hanger...it expanded enough after it heated up to contact the body. But it was really hard to find because even idling allowed it to cool off enough to go back into place just the slight amount it needed to stop rattling. The local muffler shop heated it up and just bent it back slightly to give it some more room to expand.

I have the same problem. It always seems to be after I get on it a few times and I've checked the hanger. But it makes sense ( temp of hangers )

I had a persistent metallic rattle around 1800 RPM after installing my FRPP Stingers. Turned out that a little more torque to the axleback pipe clamps resolved my issue.

Have you checked it when hot? How about under load? Obviously you can't check it under load, but my point is the exhaust moves after it gets hot. My tips will stick out an inch more when hot, so the whole exhaust is moving rearward.

Or maybe the chassis is moving forward!
