Default HVAC not working

So my HVAC system in my 06 GT isn't working, it won't blow any air at all, and it doesn't light up when the lights are on. I checked both plugs in the back on the one on the left is actually broken, but its plugged all the way in, from what I can tell.

Any ideas?

Avery

DO you have a friend with the same HVAC control? Could swap them and try it out. The broken plug may mean the internal connectors are broken also.

I checked 10 and 12 in the kick panel but they were both good. I'm pulling the head unit out tomorrow afternoon, so I'll check it then.

Easy fixes make everyone happy, especially when you can avoid the hassle/expense of a dealership. They would have just replaced the parts, and charged you an arm and a leg for parts and labor. Way to go!
