Default Please help me identify noise

Hey guys I made a crude video in hopes you could help me identify what this noise is, it happens on bumpy and uneven roads I am thinking it's my shocks. It's a loud clunking noise coming from the wheel wells. Thanks, listen close in the video and you should hear it.

Sounds like something in the suspension. I had a similar sound from the rear of the car. Turned out to be the aftermarket LCA's weren't torqued tight enough.

Ok, I'll give that a look, thanks. It also sounds like it's coming from the front end too. Any other possible suggestions you guys can think of?

Check the torque for the big nut on top of the struts. It should be 46 foot lbs. If it spins before hitting 46 foot lbs, then use two wrenches to tighten it more and recheck.

There are lots of threads about the front end clunk on these stangs. For some its loose strut ends, and for some its the crappy strut mounts which is fixed with some GT500 ones. For me I did both and still had the clunk. Finally I figured out it was the ball joints. I fixed that with some GT500 front LCA's. That completely took away my clunk. Car went from sounding like a total POS to wonderful. I would get the clunk with any slight bump in the road. Even those little plastic lane dividers would cause the clunk.

After stiffening my entire drive line in the rear, I started to get a pop from the front right when taking off from a stop. I tightened the strut nuts and it went away. I'll be replacing both front struts and mounts as soon as AM gets the damn Koni struts back in stock!!!!!

the end links were loose or the brackets that hold it to the frame?
