Why isn't the car being taken back to the installer to figure out the problem?

I have a Roush supercharger on my '08 and it runs as smooth as "Grandma's go to the senior center car" until you put your foot in it.... then it's 0-80 is about all you can use on the road! If it started to run sour I'd expect the installer to be able to fix it.
