Seriously, pick up a stock throttle body from someone, they aren't all that expensive. And get a set of stock coils. Those are for insurance purposes, because down the line you WILL have problems with them. If your plugs are 1 heat range lower than stock, you should have no problem with fouling and misfires (not enough to make it run rich). BTW, codes do not set until the cause happens at least twice.
After replacing those items, especially the throttle body, you may still have the idle and transition fueling issues. That is caused by the tune. Long duration low lift cams are a pain to tune the dashpot (idle air & fuel, tip in, tip out) settings. It can take an expert tuner several tweaks to get right. Every car is different, so if a tuner just tells you that you screwed something up and doesn't even offer to tweak the tune especially on an aftermarket cam install, find a new tuner that knows what he is doing.
