Default code P115E

Changed sparkplugs on 2008 ford mustang gt 4.6L and the #1 plug broke . Got it out but very small piece of shaving may have fallen thru. Now service engine light is on . Had code read and its a p115E. Car is running rough. . Seems to be only on passenger side. any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

what kind of plugs did you swap in? I recall having this same code along with several misfire codes after changing to autolite HT1 and then to E3. put oem motorcraft plugs back in and cleared codes, haven't come back.

We used the original Motorcraft plugs. The service engine light is coming on sometimes then it goes off and then back on later on. The side where the piece of plug fell sounds horrible .(terrible miss ) and bad smell from tailpipe on that side too.
Thanks for ur help also !!

A P115E is a throttle body code. Take it off and give it a good cleaning with Throttle Body cleaner, don't use carb cleaner thoigh.
