datalogging for remote tune
I'm not happy with the tunes from my local tuner so I'd like to datalog and send to a recognized tuner in the US. What equipment would I need for the most complete datalog? I have an SCT X3. Can I add a wideband O2 meter to it and use that to get my tune or is there a better way using a laptop and/or dedicated hardware logger?

Plenty of recognized tuners in the US that can just send you an email tune that will be about 98% perfect without having to datalog - Brenspeed, Bama, etc. If you need it tweaked after that, then you can send them datalogs to look at to see what needs to be changed.

I wouldn't go with a canned tune, not they are necessarily bad, but why pay for a canned tune only to buy a custom tune down the road. Data logging is very easy, just need the XCal, the live link software (you should be able to down load that off the SCT website), USB cable that will plug into the XCal, and a laptop, and a wideband. The tune should be able to email you a base tune and tell you what they want logged. You can contact http://www.advancedenginedevelopment.com/ ask for Shaun.
