Default shift light

want to install an rpm shift light on my 2006 GT, any clue where I find the wire for the tach pick up?

there is no tach pickup, most shift lights have to be set to 1cyl mode and be tapped into the ground side of one of the coil packs

I hooked mine up to one of the injector wires I believe.

FYI, if I remember correctly, an MSD Shift light needs a Tach adapter
but the Raptor Shift Light doesn't. .....i.e. Autometer Tach adaptor # 9117

how and where do I mount the shift light? thinking lower corner of windshield pillar close to dash? does any one know if there is an air bag in that cover on an 06 gt?

If you are going to race, sit down in your seat and put your helmet on to make sure you can see it when you are at the track.

factory dash tach, I don't think it does
