Update:

i got the car fixed. Runs excellently now. It was spark plugs. I should have done them sooner. My number 3, 4, and 5 cylinder’s plugs had no contact point at all. They burned off in the space of about 3k miles. I am going to contact brenspeed about the issue and hopefully they can shed some light there for me because that is excessive. But I’m not a good enough mechanic to know the cause there. The plugs I had were Autolite ht0. That’s what I put back in. We shall see

Ive ran brenspeed tunes the entire time on my vehicle. When ever I did something major as for as performance. I always had my car dyno. Litto has a really good reputation on more than a few sites. I would try and have brenspeed handle it first. If you don't get anywhere then you might consider changing. I have been a long time customer and have been treated fair. They certainly have had people who have said otherwise.

That is why I went with brenspeed in the first place. I don’t think I have been treated badly by them. I contacted them because it’s the tune they made for the kit they sell. Perhaps they will have a cause for my plug issue. I just don’t know enough to even have an idea of the cause so I am kinda forced to get help at this point

Don't be afraid to data log. You might even bring that up when talking to them. Its pretty simple.

In a previous reply, I mentioned that the Brenspeed tune is like a one size fits all type of tune. Obviously your car doesn't agree with it so you might definitely want to try the data-logging process, either through Brenspeed or Lito.

I just contacted Lito as I think I may give him a try since he has so many great reviews. I need to put together my mod list and send it off

Give him everything down to the tire size. You won't be disappointed. He is a no BS kind of guy and will work with whatever parts you got, and he will also recommend parts that may work better for your application. Lito knows these cars better than anyone IMHO
