Question code p0345 help

I just bought an 06 gt manual w/93k and the engine wont start 90% of the time and when i can get it running it wont idle and has no power. i have replaced the cam sensor and no dif. i have a autel ms906 scanner and can read live data. there are no misfires, when i do get it started, and the cam and crank sensor show they are synced up and no faults on the vct 1 or 2. i have checked, disconnected and reconnected all the sensors accept the crank. i have a shop and 10+ years experience as mechanic. i will be doing a compression test here shortly and will post what i get. I got it at auction so i dont know history on it. this is a pic of the vct data WHILE the engine was running. shouldnt they show some sign of life?

A bad alternator diode can cause a small AC current to leak into the main wiring harness and the cam position sensor harness in particular. I strongly recommend you have the alternator voltage regulator (low battery charge) and the diodes tested.

i went and had the alt tested and it was indeed bad but my main problem has come from the timing chain guide granading in to a dozen pieces. so i am replacing the chain and guides and will wright back.
