Default 4.6 3v timing

So I recently rebuilt the top end of my motor and put ford hot rod cams with new cam phasers and I thought when I timed the motor it was good and proceeded to put the motor back together but when I went for the start up it started fine but would hang around 1k rpm’s and would eventually die out and when raving the motor it would rev very slow. I am bama tuned and have the tune perfect for all the modifications I have on the car but is there a way I can check my timing without taking off the timing cover or but just pulling the valve covers? Thanks.

Scan the ECU for fault codes to see if it's picked up any cam timing errors.
You can indeed check the cam timing by merely removing the valve covers. You might need to rotate the crank several times though to get both the no.1 piston at TDC at the end of the compression stroke AND the coloured timing chain links in the correct spot on the phasers. Only then will you know if the timing is correct or a tooth off.

So these are the codes I have. I will pull the valve covers off later today but is there a certain amount of rotations on the crack I need to do until I can verify the timing?

several of those are cam timing related so...i'm going to guess something went back together wrong.

It's hard to tell from the angle of the photos but I also think the passenger side is one tooth off.
