ok check all your fuel lines one of em maybe pinched, you can get dry gas at almost any local gas station

well there is a new fuel filter so thats ok...and the fuel pump makes a humming noise when i turn it to the on position...i was thinking of spraying some starting fluid in the intake maybe that will work

that will work, also make sure the pump did'nt fall off the hanger
