i have a 2006 4.0 v6 mustang and the engine is blown i wanna replace it with the exact engine and year.....il be putting the engine by myself which will be no problem...but will i run into any problems with ECU being compatible with a replacement engine...

 

if its the same motor, and it runs fine, and you make sure the sensors are good to go. you should be fine with the swap
