Default 5.0 vs. 5.0 HO

i have located a 5.0 out of a 93 lincoln that has all accessories and wiring harness still attached for $150.

what are the main differences?

if i end up rebuilding the 5.0 and using forged parts, will that make up the diff?

what about explorer 5.0 heads, is there a big diff over stock 5.0 heads?

and any other stuff yall can think of.

any info would be appreciated, thanks.

what are the main differences? Everything except the block. (intake, throttle body, ECU, heads, injectors, cam, firing order)

if i end up rebuilding the 5.0 and using forged parts, will that make up the diff? Yes, with better h/c/i

what about explorer 5.0 heads, is there a big diff over stock 5.0 heads? GT40's (Explorer) flow better.

and any other stuff yall can think of.

any info would be appreciated, thanks.
This is what comes to mind at the moment. I'm sure I have forgotten to list some things.

they do have a roller cam but a non h.o firing order on it so cam must be swapped out to work with your SEFI injection in the mustang
