I believe its a cooling issue for me.... maybe if your running stock or near stock it doesnt matter... my stroker runs hot as it is and dont need heating probs for a couple hp....

Underdrive pullys slow accessories down... I believe that means you water pump also... anyway, very popular things, but I was told NOT to run them on my engine... [sm=pimp.gif]
Why Not?
Why does it run hot? What radiator do you have in the car and what thermo do you have? Mine doesnt run hot

I guess it depends on what you call hot. My engine runs at 200 degrees... and, as far as the weather goes, it regularly gets over 100 degrees here in the summer... So I doesnt make sense to slow the water pump down with wnderdrive pulleys.

Pulleys are def not worth it to me. I installed them and I couldnt even see at night (thats how dim my lights were) so I took the new alt pulley off and gave it to autozone when I got a new alternator. Anyone want to buy a set of March Power Pulleys w/ stock alt pulley? $25. I still have the receipt for like 85 or something like that. PM me!

Well if your alt was turning faster..... ?????

the alt pulley is bigger so it spins it slower, but with mine i didnt notice a difference for the alt gauge either

I had issues with my lights in the first place and than when I put the alt pulley on it was like driving without lights. I would put my highbeams on and they would still wouldnt be as bright as regular lights.

if you are reading water temp and volts off of a stock gauge cluster, then you are not getting an accurate read, stock gauges SUCK
