Default Honest power from headers/intake?

Just wondering what I can realistically hope to gain from a good intake (manifold) and set of headers. Thanks.

Have yu changed the MAF yet if not you need to do that first

Depends a lot on the state of the engine and the combination you are using on it.
Headers have a sort of way of leaning an engine out too.

it's the sensor that tells the computer how much air is being sucked in. it's the metal color thing inbetween the two tubes on your air intake pipe.
