Default Electrical problems

For some reason, my brake light/turn signal fuses keep blowing. They might work for a week, or 1 day, but they keep going south on me. I have no idea how to trouble shoot electrical problems, and have been pouring about $3/week into fuses! I have a '95 GT, and both the fuse inside and the one under the hood blow, though not at the same time. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks,

Don't know, never looked at one. Point me in a direction though, and I'll take a look.

i dont know much about electrical but you might have a wire that has wire exposedand its hitting metal and that might be blowing your fuses
