Default Carb conversion

i want to convery my perfectly good EFI 5.o into a carbed power machine. i know that EFI is a more accurate fueling system but i like the easy tunning of carbs. how hard do you all think this would be and what all will i need other then a carb, and intake, and a distributor. if theres anything im missing please let me know.

i think all you need is carb and intake. the dissy should be the same. if you convert it to carb then you will ned to block off one of the fuel lines

you can use the stock in tank fuel pump if you want. Just get a fuel pressure regulator and bump it down to say, 7 psi.
