Default wondering if my setup is right?

i just had a new motor built for my 95 gt. i have a stock block bored and stroked to 347. i have forged flat tops, E cam, steel crank, crane cam lifters and 1.6 rockers, 75mm maf and tb. msd dist and 6al, gt-40 upper and lower, port matched spacer, edelbrock vic. jr heads,24lb injectors,255lph fuel pump underdrive pulleys. comp cam hardened rods. i have a few questions : does my head intake and cam match up good? my tb maf and injectors match up good? anything else i could do for it? anything i should have done? id like to have the best combo possible? thank everybody!

I would say your setup is pretty mis matched. The vic jr heads are for cars that make power from 3000-8000 rpm. The gt40 I can't see making power over 6500. I think the e cam is an idle to 5500. If you ported the intake and swapped the cam I think you would have a really great setup. I'd think you'd put down at least 350rwhp then.

Agree....Way too much heads for the intake and cam....You need atleast a rpm 2 and something like a TF stage 2 cam to see full potential of them heads...

I don't know if porting will give you your full pontetail but it would help...But will also cost a pretty penny in return...And i would look into either a custom grind or call comp and have them recommend one of there off the shelf cams...Or the TFS stage 2 would be nice but you must keep pistion to valve clearnce in mind also..

I don't know what cam to recommend but I'll look on summit for something thats in the power range. What lift are the springs rated too?

I was thinking about mentioning the piston to valve clearance but if hes running victor heads he has to have them notched already. I don't think thats going to be one of his major problems.

not sure about spring rate. what would i have to do to use a bigger cam? so the rpm 2 would be a better intake? do you think with what ive got that even though the haeds are too big that im still getting the same hp i would have got with smaller heads? or will it lose power because of this?
