Default Mass air flow...

A lot of people tell me I should upgrade my mass air flow.. How should I go about doing that im confused.. can someone steer me in the right path plz.. show me wat the hell they are talking about! website would be nice!

it's one of the last things it's needs actually, won't make a diff til you have heads , cam , and intake.

also you need the maf calibrated to your injectors, so swapping now w/ stock inj. will give you nothing, and cost you more in the future.

the stock induction will support 300 hp.

I disagree w/ waiting on upgrading the MAF, though. If you're going to upgrade inj's before too long, then, yeah, wait on it. If not, then I'd get a 75-76mm MAF b/c the stock 55mm MAF only bottlenecks the airflow in your motor. So a larger TB, intake, heads, etc won't do you as much good since the airlflow is restricted at the MAF.

dude dont waste the money on maf, get yuo some gears man! the maf you buy for the 19lb injectors will have to be bought again when you start building your ride aand you want to get 24lb injectors. buy it now and youll buy it twice. i say get exhaust system and gears like 373 or 410 before you worry bout maf.

from 150 to 300 depending on the installer. wouldnt attempt it yourself its harder than it looks. unless youve done it before
