car problem
i have a 94 mustang gt auto.
the car runs great, drive great, and has no starting problem or charging problems (besides the dumb pullie issue every one gets)
i had a bad ground wire going to the block (kept that old one there) and put 1 extra 4 guage wire going from the - of battery to the block.
and here is the problem
when i kick it down from a dig (dead stop) power cuts out for 1 sec and every thing come back almost like it wants to stall but the thing is that every thing that needs power turns off for that 1 sec that it kills. it like to do this when i hit a gear hard or punch form dead stop.
if u have any ideas what it could be please post
also i have new alt and new battery

RE: car problem
change your sparkplugs & wires. that would be my only guess, my dad has a ranger truck and it did that & thats what was bad, like if i was driving his truck itd be fine but if i put it in neutral to slow down to take a turn or something it would kill and i would have to pop the clutch to get it back on, the lights dimmed & all when it happened. if you changed that recently then i dunno what to tell you, check the sparkplugs maybe & the gapping.

RE: car problem
still my dads truck is carb, your EFI. just change the sparkplugs and the wires, and if you wanna make sure change the coil & everything that goes with it, it may/may not fix the problem, other then that id say alternator and/or battery but you said you replaced them so. thats the only solution i have left. either that or maybe a short somewheres. im sure everybody here will agree with what i said.
