it does not matter if they are used, but i dont want a warped or cracked head, lol and i do not want to get something that has major port work because that means they are selling them because someone messed up most of the time.

Tim this may sound stupid but try calling the performance shops in the area and junk yards. Performance shops may have swapped heads for someone and have old ones sitting on the shelves. You'd be suprised what some people don't take. You never know with a junkyard, they might have something they pulled or sitting in a car still. I think you would be able to tell if there ripping you off. Good luck.

i dont think too amny junk yards have aluminum trick flow heads in them lol. ive yet to even see a fox with the motor still in it at any junkyard here, (except 4cyls)

Junkyards around are way are filled with foxes with engines intacted. I've seen a lot of recked drag cars in the local ones too. Tim might not find tfs heads but he might something that will work just as good. My buddy just pulled a b and m tranny for his 80 trans am out of a wrecked camaro. Cost him $75. Just have to look carefully and you can find good stuff at a junkyard.
