Default torque box welding?

so i was reading about wild rides' battle boxes and it seems like a good idea. so has anyone actually welded their torque boxes or installed something similar to the battle boxes?

I've never done them myself... I know a couple of my friends had them done but at local shops. And yes they are a GREAT idea.

I would reccomend them if your going to be launching on sticky tires or on decnt tires on high rpm launches..550-6k launches etc....other wise if they are in good condition(no cracks and good welds), it will be fine and you shouldnt have to have them reinforced.

get them reinforced before you do damage, mine were thrashed from just 3.73 gears and stock motor.

I know next time (if there is a next time) I buy a mustang, this will be the very first thing to do.

reinforce all you can, so you wont have to worry about it later when your power output is high.
