Default Vortec Install

Does anyone have or knoow were I can find install instuctions for a vorech v-1 supercharger? Want to try and get in by the end of the month, thought I would have it in by now but havnt had the time. Thanks

You should just google it and see if you can come up with any tech articles w/ pictures or something on installing the V-1.

Make sure you baby the timing have lots of fuel, even a bit rich rather than lean to get it to the dyno for a tune, as well you might want to baby it over there just incase you are running out of fuel on the upper RPM's you will kill a head gasket!

The guy I am gonna have tune it said either sat. or sunday ,I just called and said I would hve it in by this weekend, so ill will put it in friday could I drive friday night just around town and saturday if he cant do it then?

You shouldnt have any problems driving it around... just be careful. As long as you install everything correctly you should be OK. Just make sure the car is running right before you take it out.

Now he said 350 to tune it, what exactly will he be tuning? And why? Just want to get a handle on what I am paying for.
