just epoxy or fiberglass it back together and maybe rivet a metal plate on the bottom if u think u need extra support but either the epoxy or fiberglass should get the job done!

Why didn't you just take the whole front bumper off? It's much easier to drill the rivets off when it's off the car and on a stand or omething.
