Default Question

I have a 1995 Mustang GT, and i want to add more hp to it. I'm really new to this, and i have no clue where to even start. I want to add the most hp for the least amount of money. Any input will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

First thing and cheapest thing is remove the air silencer. It is located to the left of the air box, as you are standing in front of the car, inside the fender area. Then add a K&N air filter.

To start get some gears 3.73 if you have a 5spd, and 4.10's if you have an auto. Second get a 73-76mm maf, and a 65-70mm tb. than get something like a gt 40 intake. that will get you started. oh yea if you have a 5 spd get a shifter, if you have an auto get a stall and a shift kit. But before you start to mod the car make sure it's in good working order.

Sure is the fastest way to add a lot of HP. About $500 dollars you can have a fast car.

Gas doesnt make a fast car... it just makes the car go fast... subtle difference...

1--^^ remove air silencer and K&N
2--bump timing up to 12-14 (need to use 92-92 octane gas)

those don't cost anything.. as for the rest, gears will give you the most bang for the buck. You can get them (installed) for ~$350-450 at a local shop. full exhaust is pretty cheap if you get used parts as is a larger MAF, TB, and Intake manifold.
