Default Launch on DR's?

Hey all, I just got my new 15x8 Weld Draglites in, and I am buying a set of MT Drag Radials for them 255/60/15, just curious as to how well these things grip and what RPM will I be able to launch at? I am hoping I will be able to launch at 4k after heating them up real good with minimal tire spin.

My motor is completely built, and I have 4.10's.

This Camaro is on a set of M/T dr's and he foot brakes it to 4000 rpm. You should be fine.

rsw: I see that you have lowering springs in the rear. I have lowering springs too, did you do anything special besides removing the quad shocks to fit that big of a tire in there? I didn't think anything bigger than a 255 would fit. If 275's will, then I will get those!

Yeah they are stock axles, but I have heard of people launching pretty hard on them for a while before they break. I have never launched on them, as I have never had any tires that will grip. Am I wrong in the assumption that they will hold up to 4k rpm launches for just a few launches. Axles will be coming soon!
