There is a tenth or two just in launch with your original set up. I set up my friends car and it has run a best of 12.71@106 and change with a 1.70 60 foot time. He launches his 5spd at 5000 rpm. Your new set up may like a 5500 RPM launch. I launch mie a 6000 RPM and my naturally aspirated 5.8(carbureted) Stang has pulled 1.52 sixty fot times. Sounds like your new combo may have found you the power but you need to get into the 1.6 sixty foot times.

Comp Engineering 90/10 front struts and comp engineering 3 way adjustable rears work very good. My car hooks really well and it drives great on the street

I run the rear at 50/50 setting, middle click for mine and I use 4 cylinder springs right now with the gas charged CE 90/10's. You can see my time slips on my new set up post. I pull low 1.5's with complete UPR rear stuff and -2 degree pinion angle

Well it depends on driver and hook. ~350 should get you there.
