Check engine light after short drive

Check engine light after short drive
I recently had my automatic transmission replaced. Ever since then the check engine light will come on after 10 mins of driving, and then the car will start to idle rough. If I turn the car off, and back on it goes out. I figured the guy that replaced the tranny, broke a connector, or left something unplugged. I've looked and looked, and don't see anything left undone. Any ideas on what it would be?

RE: Check engine light after short drive
Well both 02 sensors where replaced last year about this time. Car has had less than 3K miles put on it since then. I originally thought they might of left 1 loose since I'm sure they had to drop the exhaust to replace the tranny. Either way it wasn't doing it before the replacement, and I know they will say I can't prove they caused it to start doing this.
