Default GT40 vs. Cobra intake differences?

Looks like the cobra intake and GT-40 intake have same
lower intake manifold and different upper manifold.

Is this right? or is cobra the same as the GT-40?

If different, is the GT-40 worth the extra money?

96-97.5 have the correct sensors, after 97.5 they don't have the bung for the coolant temp sensor (I think) on the front. Look on ebay...I got a FRPP GT40 lower for $125 shipped and a mountaineer upper for $37 shipped.

Buyer beware, remember you get what you pay for. It's not always best to go the cheapest route. I would have my doubts the explorer intake performs the same as an alluminum tubular intake.

the gt-40 off of an explorer is not the same as the tubular one you see in summit for 600. The tubular one is much better.
