Default x-pipe or h-pipe

Hey new to the forum all you need to know about my car is in the signature. I just bounght this car from my boss and he has done alot of work to it, but is has no x or h pipe should i install one and if so which one? Thank you for your help.

Its all personal opinion. Check out http://mustangexhaust.com and you can listen to a bunch on different sound clips with x's and h pipes. They have diffent tones. IMO, the H pipe has a deeper tone than the X so that is what I went with and I was very happy.

Stupid question: Your sig says full exhaust w/ no cats, but you don't have an X/H pipe? Did he run the pipes down each side w/o a crossover? Just curious.

I would go H over X. I've also heard great things about the prochamber.

he just ran single pipes down either side without a x or h pipe.

do a search on google....it's a crossover pipe, but it has a small chamber instead making an H or X... If you don't go prochamber, go w/ an H pipe

i can get a cheap prochamber from the nearby speed shop. would it make a better sound than my o/r H pipe?

we need to make this a tech article. "Do i want an H pipe or X pipe." and "3.73s or 4.10s" would be good too. their both asked all the time.... just a suggestion.
