what is the best way to get the injector o rings out of the fuel rail? i cant get em out and its driving me nuts!

Your O-Rings came off? Mine never did, huh guess they were just old. Yeah What Tim said, smalled flat head or I had a nefty little tool was it was a hook on the end and you can use that.

Or one of those hooks the denitst use for your teeth.
