Default CONTROL ARMS AND TRACTION BARS.

I am confused, I got my new lakewood traction bars in the mail today, I have a 94, gt and I also just got a set of upper and lower control arms. I pulled the cat back out and I can clearley see where the upper control arms go, do the lower control arms and the traction bars go in the same spot? the traction bars have the spots for the coil springs and the lower control arms dont. Thats why in confused! are the different parts that go in different spots?

the traction bars are lower control arms.
the ones you have without the spring perch are not for your car, or are for coilovers.

i just went and opned the box of control arms, and they do have the spot for the coil springs, does this mean i wasted my time and money? I was under the impression the lower control arms and the traction bars were different! so i dont know which ones to use now!
