Default Fuel adjustments

Ok, I have a few mods and my fuel pump is making lots of noise lately. Loud whining that sounds different from time to time. My dad just bought me a fuel pressure regulator and a small gauge for it. What is the stock fuel pressure and do you think a new, higher lph fuel fuel pump will do for me? suggestions please. I have about $95 to spend on a fuel pump.

I'm probably going to get a new fuel pump and install all those parts. Then I'll probably screw around with the pressure and everything. I just need some suggestions.
