Default little bit of a problem...

I just got a 70mm TB.. It won't fit my 5.0 intake manifold.. Do I need a EGR Sparcer? Then will the thing fit? is this the EGR Spacer?

The TB wont go on the intake manifold .. It Won't fit for some odd reason.. It's the stock Intake manifold..

it wont go over the studs? you need to explane it for me a lil i never worked on a 94.

Yeah.. it wont fit on the stock studs on the intake manifold.. im like WTF?!
