I was actually not the one that put the balancer on. The guy that did it said it went smooth. It seemed tight when I checked it out and it didn't wobble or anything. I checked the weight on the hb and it's still tight too. Is there anything else on the balencer I should look for? Could the flywheel be bent or warped?

like tim says, it has to be either a loose balancer or damage to crank/thrust bearing from beating it on there or being rough with it.

Damn, that's exactly what I didn't want to hear..... If there is damage to the crank/thrust bearing, what would it take to fix something like that? I've never had to really do anything like that.

do you think the trans mount would cause vibration if it's not in gear? Its an energy suspension mount. I guess I can't rule that out. How would I tell if it's bad?
