I had an 89 Gt and with all honosty my 94gt is a lot better overall performance.

I was just giving my opinion on the camaro since i owned one. And i had 2 mustangs. My camaros suspension was built a lot better stock. I dont care what is out at the tracks on race day.

I'm a big fan of the fox as well. I got the 94 because I've had an 88 a 98 and a 67. I like to try new body styles each time I get a new one. I wasn't a big fan of the 94-95s either, but I have to admit I like them now because they have the handling of the unibody SN-95 and still have the 302. A great compromise. Everyones entitled to there opinion though.

I had a 90 trans am gta and that thing handled alot better than my stang.but i think the gta had a factory handling package

Not to diss fords at all, if i didnt smash up my 94 z28, i wouldnt have my 1994 mustang. Sorry if i insult anybody out here, but my mustang doesnt compare to my camaro. I really think that it was built a lot better. It was also a hell of a lot faster. I know I know it had a 350 in it, but overall, my camaro topped my mustang no doubt. Dont get me wrong though I love my mustang, and theres soooooo much more i can do to it without having a shop do it. This is the first car that im actually installing a new engine in, and what makes the experience better, is that i built the engine myself. This is the greatest achievement in my life.

You guys do know that the 94/95 (for that matter up to 04) all were pretty much the same as a Fox suspension wise right? In fact most parts will interchange. FWIW the 3rd (82-92) and 4th (93-02) f bodies all had a much better suspension set up for handling. They had a PHR/three link vary similar to the 05/05 Stangs.
Go ahead an look under those cars. You will see that the ones who are winning usually have a Griggs suspension under them, which is guess what?..... a PHR/three link set up.

IMO i'd say the F-41 / WS6 handling packages are the best out there

my 95 ricemaro (v6 camaro pos daily driver) out handles my 87 gt and it's also faster to about 45mph then the stang but as soon as i hook up in the stang good bye lol 400 horse just used cheap kyb shocks in a foxbody don't work to well lol then with a 100 shot well i can't even use 4th damn i hate winter and the salt on the road. driving a car that only has 160 horse and my bike has 130horse and weighs under 400 lbs i hate my slow *** camaro i should have shoved a big block like i planed but i ran out of money. sorry just mesiable not getting to drive anything bad *** for a while

the camaros did one thing better stock handeled thanks in part to there factory wider tires!!!
