Default I'm getting frustrated

Hi guys Im a newbe in this forum so this is my first attempt on finding a solution to a little problem that has me frustrated. I have a 93 gt and I started hearing a noise coming from the back as I engage gears and when I would let go the gas around 1300 rpm's the car would start jerking really bad and the noise in the back was even louder. so I started asking friends what the sound maybe since I don't only have time cuz I have 2 jobs but I also don't know much about mechanics and I was told it could be the universal joint. fine I took it to a local shop that mechanic took a look and he told me that the bushings of my lower and upper control arms were so bad that by touching them they fall..it kind of make sense since the car is so old and it was stock to the bone. so I decided to take advantage and start fixing my car so I took it to mak performance ( a local speed shop in miami) and have them installed 3.73's bmr lower and upper, spec stage 1 cluth and the energy suspension differential bushing. the noise was still there now I paid to change the universal joint front and back and also change the rear tranny seal....the noise still there BUT only when the rps are lowering it used to make it when I used to step on the gas but now it only does it at 1200-1300 rpms and still jerks the car alot so wtf is making this noise and causing this problem I dont want to keep on spending money on something that is not getting fixed...I still haven't been able to put my exhaust wich was what I wanted to put first it seems every time a have a little bit of money to invest in my car is going to this damn noise.

could be in the trans, put some good royal puprle or synchromesh in the trans and see if it makes a difference, what kind of noise is it exactly? how loud is it?

the noise comes from the rear end around the differential..and it defenetly sounds like something metal is hitting against another metal

make sure your rear brakes arn't set up too tight. Also make sure the shoes are not covered in brake fluid or gear oil from the rear end.

did you get fresh axle bearings when you got your gears? you could also have a bent axle or axle tube, even a slight bend will cause wear, vibration, or noises, i have seen it before.
