Sounds like a computer problem. How much does it rev up by? Check your TPS first, make sure the voltage is right. My dad's old Dodge Shadow would do that while you're driving... it'd accellerate, then let off the gas, over and over again. Might not be the same problem, but without more info it's kinda hard to tell.

How high does it idle for 2-3 mins? If it's like 1k-1200, then you're fine.

It idles around 1200-1500, and I found out that the wires for the o2 sencesors are cut and can't find the other end.I think I am just gonna pull all the fuel injection off and go with a carb and intake.I am fixing to a stock intake with a 70mm bbk tb and bbk fenderwell mount cold air intake with stock mass air for sall if yall know any one.

Just cause of this little problem you want to get rid of the fuel injection? :\ not a good move, the EFI H.O.'s are the most tuneable engines out there, and fairly efficient. Just find the O2 wires, hook them back up and if the problem still persist take it to a mechanic to diagnose.

That is just it someone has cut the harness all up.I have another harness but it looks nothing alike. When it is running it runs good, no missing or nothing while I am giving the gas, just at a idle.
